The Sneaky Satchel by ChrisW Designs is a video tutorial. I found it so much easier seeing the details of how this satchel came together section by section right in front of me.
Designed to wear as a shoulder bag, or cross body bag or a hip bag
I loved sewing the bag together with the video.
It was a quick and easy sew for the beginner or advanced sewist.
I modified the outside back zip using an outside lace zipper as the cork was a bit thick to do a normal zipper install & also just a slip pocket inside instead of a zippered one.
The unique flap goes all the way back around the back and attached down the bottom leaving it open to fit a scarf or small cardigan in when out and about. The back zipper pocket on that flap fits my phone too!
I chose and did the embroidery on the flap as well.
I found the pattern really simple to follow as the visuals from the video were so clear and concise Plus the little comical boo boo's in her video's and hints and tips along the way made it very enjoyable as well (thanks Christine we aren't all the only ones who boo boo lol) I highly recommend video tutorials I am hooked now!
I had in my head I wanted this bag to be a girly girly one so lastly I added touch this beautiful matching Style Lady bag bling. That's another blog post about my bag bling stash! I love bag bling!
So thank you again to Christine from (Australian site) https://chriswdesigns.com.au/
